  • You will love the natural beauty of Emerald Shores, a private gated community of upscale houses, in a tropical setting. Our updated home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, across from the pool and a short walk to the tennis/pickle ball court. There's a large master bedroom with private bath that includes an over-sized whirlpool and wrap around balcony. You will find it all here. Just a short walk to the white sand beach. We have a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, washer and dryer. We are located about seven blocks east of Destin Commons shopping center, south of hwy#98 in the center of Emerald Shores subdivision.

    Fine dining, outstanding golf courses, and designer outlet mall just minutes away, with incredible fishing nearby. All of the bedrooms have televisions. The large pool is just across the street from our home and the small pool is a short stroll and for our Emerald Shores owners and guests only. The private beach tram operates all summer long, the pavilion is for owners and guests only where restrooms and outdoor showers are available for your convenience.

We had a great time staying at this location. Plenty of space when inside, the beach wasn’t a far walk, and the amenities at the beach were very nice. Definitely would stay here again.

The house is beautiful. Very clean and had everything that you need. The kitchen had everything to cook and clean up after. Really enjoyed the pool being it’s right across the street. I liked idea of being in a gated community. The host was very nice and responsive to any email you send. My whole would like to go back next year.

Wonderful home to stay in. Large living/dining/kitchen area for kids to have room to move about. Bedrooms upstairs were perfect. TV in each one. Terrific host and property manager. One tire was flat on the beach wagon and they ordered another one right away! No hassles. Having the pool close was a plus also. The Gulf was loaded with jellyfish, so we opted for the pool with the 2 year olds. All in all, I highly recommend this property.

This was a good experience. We have been doing a family beach trip for over 20 years and have had good ones and bad ones. This one was one of the good ones. We were missing our sister and a niece that passed last year. The weather was a little iffy at times and the water was very rough, but we made do. There were way too many people around there though. We need a less touristy location. Thanks
