Great location but needs TLC
The house is spacious and works well for a large group. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms spread out to provide plenty of personal space. The location, next to beach and restaurant worked well for us. The 6 beach chairs and umbrellas are an excellent feature.The management was/is very responsive. Things that could be better.Multiple dead cockroaches found throughout our stay starting with 2 in the kitchen upon arrival. To management’s credit, they offered twice to come out but we did not want them to spray during our stay for health reasons. No hair dryers. Our group travels the world and we have come to expect hairdryers as a given. 5 women and none of us packed a hairdryer.Broken handle on kitchen cabinet, stains on cloth furniture and throw pillows. Inexpensive pots and pans with badly scratched teflon flaking off. Lots of kitchen supplies but of poor quality. Two empty propane tanks at grill. I know you aren’t required to provide tanks but would be a very nice feature. Rusting garage door. Some touch up paint inside & out would go a long way toward curb appeal. Please post trash days inside unit. Whole house needs a serious deep clean. Doors and knobs grubby. 2 toilets upstairs fill with dark murky water and have running black stains down the bowls. We cleaned them daily. We own short term rentals so I know a review of this nature can be killer. Please feel free to edit or not post.
