I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we rented was somewhat mediocre, as in very dated furnishings and not as clean as one would expect. There was sand on the floor and in one of the beds. Very dark interior, especially the kitchen. The balcony was nasty with two rugs full of sand wadded up in a corner and worn furnishings that needed cleaning. I would not stay there again, frankly. The rental agency screwed up the check out date and had us leaving one day sooner than what we signed up for.

We have been spending winters in this building for 10+ years and 904 is a favorite. Not too impressed, however, with the HOA. Unit floor was full of sand. I had to sweep the floor so I could walk. Only two forks and spoons. Kitchen is not properly equipped. Outdoor terrace was filthy. Cigarette butts, glass, dental picks, sand and dirt embedded into the rug under the table. Will not return to Seascape

Perfect for a 2 night stay

Great location and place. The only problem was there was only one parking pass issued when I was told 2 were going to be issued. Also if you are staying longer, be sure to bring extra toilet paper, laundry soap, and bathing necessities. Great stay overall.

Property was nice. Very pleased with the view. The bed and the furniture were not very comfortable. The trash shute was noisy. Being across from the elevator was not ideal. Overall it was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.
