Nice summer vacation

Walk wasn’t too far from beach. Pool was great when the kids were tired of the beach! Overall a great vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the building as always, no complaints. The unit itself needs some work. Both mattresses for the bunk beds did not fit correctly making it angled towards the wall. Broken appliances and fixtures. Mold in both bathrooms and it wasn't very clean. There was blonde hair in the showers and no one in my family has blonde hair. Property management company was very quick with their response after I sent them an email with photos of what was wrong/missing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful winter experience staying in Ariel Dunes I. The property was affordable, a huge asset, but the furniture was dated and lacking. The deck was extra large, but the furniture was unsuitable. 3D Beach Rentals was very responsive when we contacted them, but the dishes were put away dirty, blinds did not work, and food was found in the sheets.
