Good beach access, nice condo, great neighborhood. Kitchen items needs restocked — a lot missing but likely not the owners fault. We will be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While this rental is in a primo location, very close to the beach, shopping and dining, there were several flaws. The bedding had holes in it, in both bedrooms. Towels were stained. Cleanliness was a huge issue, throughout the place. Kitchenware was at a minimum, no baking sheets, clean pans or skillets. Management was very helpful, but this unit needs a deep, deep clean for future guests to enjoy it.

Needs Better Cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 4 nights--2 adults and 4 kids. Location was great. Pools were decent and it was only a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Bathrooms were not overly clean nor was air filter. Bedrooms and balcony were nice. Decent amount of appliances/pots/pans in the kitchen. Area felt safe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our 3/2 unit at Ariel Dunes I. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a week-long vacation. The kids loved the bunk room and the pools and we (the grandparents) loved the balcony with its comfortable furniture, along with the views and refreshing breezes. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, and the cafe on the ground floor was a big plus.
