Destin family trip

Perfect location. The unit itself was quite dated and other minor things such as no batteries in remotes and the ice maker not working. Overall for the price was a good option.

Condo & location nice. Could use new mattress and bed linens, maybe some decor updates. Paper products were cheap and no kleenex. Also no linens in kitchen and requested so brought one thin dishtowell. Ice maker was frozen up, called and promptly came and fixed and was very nice. Overall nice place, location and would stay again.

July 4th vaca

Location is good however the place was a bit nasty. We had to call for service because the sheets and mattress were blood stained. In general it could use some freshening up of items and a deep clean. They did come and clean mold in bathroom but paint chips remain.
