Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location, so close to the main pool! We have stayed several times in Sandestin and this was the best location, super quiet neighborhood! Beautiful house with amazing decks down and upstairs. Only negatives would be very poor plumbing and not super comfy beds/linens! Super friendly staff and had issue with propane that was taken care of within 15 minutes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several places in the SanDestin Resort and this was the absolute best. The two golf carts were an excellent option for our group. The layout of the house was perfect so that everyone had their privacy. The only suggestion I would have is that they include some of the amenity cards that our friends received with their rental a few houses down from us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this home and we will be back. The home has everything needed for a welcoming stay with family. The kids loved the bunks and the adults loved the comforting beds. One of our favorite features is the back screened in porch. Feels like you are in the middle of nature and all the while you are steps from all the vacation amenities. One of the reasons we originally booked this home was the two golf carts. So nice. We throughly enjoy the golf cart life while on vacation in Sandestin.

The house appearance was as described. It was clean for the most part. Some crumbs were found on the counter and table under items. Under the beds needs to be swept/ mopped. The outdoor screen porch was a perfect spot to relax and for our little ones to play. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. But no extra sheets or pillow cases. The host was very responsive. The coffee pot was not working and we didn’t discover this until our first morning so we ran to WalMart and purchased a new one. There were plenty of pieces of cookware and utensils. But not enough drinking glasses. We purchased plastic throw away ones in order to have enough. We loved the location and having 2 golf carts. The house was in walking distance to Baytown Marina and activities if you don’t mind a short walk, which we enjoyed. The weather was absolutely perfect. We would stay here again.
