As soon as you arrive at TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort, you will instantly experience the serenity of being secluded from the more populated areas of this beach destination, while still being conveniently located to nearby shopping, such as the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (two miles away), which will fulfill any shopper's desires with its 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores and extraordinary deals. Visit the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and try your hand at one (or more) of the endless outdoor activities that include fishing, bicycling, birding, picnicking, hiking, and swimming. Downtown Miramar Beach and its neverending dining options are two miles west and it's a must-visit, especially if you happen to travel with family.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
