Spring Break with 3 grandchildren under 8.

View is amazing and condo is spacious!

Loved most everything about this place and definitely will return. A few updates needed… dishwasher door is loud opening and closing, refrigerator inside bottom drawers are not operational because of counter, master dresser drawers not working properly. This is not a negative post because everything can be corrected. We loved our stay in this unit and it accommodated us very well.

Family fun

My wife and our 4 kids stayed here over fall break. We had a wonderful time! We have built several homes over the years and really enjoyed the decor and finishes in the condo. The view from the patio is amazing and I appreciated the outdoor furniture. The kids had lunch on the patio one day. The grounds were well kept and the pool and hot tub were very clean. Great bonus that there’s a bar and snack shop at the pool. We to several popular restaurants in Destin but one of the best nights we had was at The Beach House just 1/4 mile down the beach. Super easy to get a table and the food and service were on point.

Beautiful family vacation rental

We came for spring break with our 4 kids and grandparents. Beautiful views of the ocean every sunrise and sunset. Property management company was very attentive and helpful. Condo itself was perfect for our family and the decor very calming. The game shelf was utilized for the one rainy day. Swimming pool was wonderfully warm (appreciated as outside temps were only 50-70). Close proximity to restaurants and shopping and the shuttle made it super easy to travel together in one vehicle. Will definitely rent again!

Friends Trip

Perfect view of the Gulf providing excellent walks every morning. Very well maintained grounds and property. Fun Putt Putt and a few restaurants within walking distance. The Tram to get around the complex is slow so be prepared to wait a while. Our unit was outstanding!

The unit was great, online pictures are exactly what you get. Loved the sunrises and sunsets from the 18th floor. The unit was well-equipped. The heated pool was nice.

Great Weekend

The views are amazing. Plenty of room for 6 of us. The place was very clean and very well stocked. We will definitely consider staying again on our next trip to Destin.

Loved our stay

This was a beautiful property and looked exactly like the photos! Would definitely stay here again! Never done a VRBO like this before, so the different codes for doors/parking/beach were slightly confusing at first, but I recommend reading all emails/notifications (which come right before checkin) to make sure you know how to get in. Property managers were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

4835 westwinds

Nice clean property. Minor issues such as no toaster oven and if 4 people showered around the same time, the hot water would run out. Beach is beautiful but they seem to close it completely to the public when the water is rough.

Beautiful condo!

This condo by far exceeded our expectations on numerous levels. The condo itself was decorated beautifully. The furniture and bedding was higher end and not your average condo furnishings. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils to cook. The condo was exceptionally clean, which you don’t always find in rentals. Beyond all of that, the view is incredible. The pool was never crowded and the grounds were always clean. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect beach getaway

This was a beautiful property with the most gorgeous beach and water views. The unit was immaculate and perfectly comfortable for families. The decor was a beautiful, coastal theme. We would stay here again. Access to beach and other amenities was very easy. The entire rental process was seamless. The property management company was great with communication. Information was easily accessible. Overall a great stay!

Spent a half day with ISSUES

The property itself is beautiful. The property management is not the best. Upon check in our door/beach/pool codes only worked on our first day. I left multiple messages that we had no valid codes. No returns phone calls. We got locked out on the beach on Sunday and I finally got a live person on the phone. They said they would take care of it by texting the on call person. Thank goodness another vacationer came along and opened the gate after 20 minutes of being locked out. I finally found a security guard on property who gave us a new code to use. Another security guard chased us off Sat, Sun, and Monday morning from the pool area. There is NO mention of needed pool bands to swim. They are however required by the property and were never left in our rental. It took me calling on Monday every half hour from 8:30-11 to get a live person on the phone. Pool bands were finally delivered. Wednesday arrives and after a morning on the the beach we all come up to take showers. No WATER in the unit. This is due to a system they have installed that senses the water being used in the unit and determines if there is flooding in the unit. I make a call and I’m asked to walk around to all of the sensors to ensure that we did not splash them with water. NO we did not! Was told that we used an unusually high amount of water in 24 hrs. The toilet in the master bathroom that ran all night and all day was the issue. Maintenance was called to come into the unit. This made me very upset. We chose a condo so that we would not have individuals coming and going. The property manager had the nerve to ask me if we had Covid before coming, but what about him? The water was reset or so we thought. We arrive home from dinner around 8pm and again, NO WATER! I call them back to come reset it. That is when the Property Mgr comes in. Again unfounded. I’m told that the system must be faulty. My father did gave the Property Mgr a piece of his mind, but the guy was giving excuse after excuse. We also had building maintenance knock to fix the door, so much for relaxing in the unit. My biggest issue is we chose the unit to social distance and not have people service the condo. We also spent a small fortune for a week where I spent at least an entire half day of my vacation dealing with inadequate management and loss of water.

Moms Trip/Business Trip

This condo is just lovely! Well furnished and very clean… Beautiful! The view from the balcony was to die for. Even though it was cold and rainy, the view of the ocean from the living room was enough to make us feel as though we were on the beach! The location was perfect. Close to everything but not crowded. I highly recommend!
