Had a wonderful stay! My parents, siblings, spouses and grandchildren from 2-19. 24 of us in total! We loved how close it was to the beach just barely a couple minute walk. Everyone loved the golf cart and swimming pool. Just had a tremendous time.

Great location and Great House

The place was great, conveniently located, huge, great pool and outdoor area. Normally pools on Florida are tiny and this one was not. Great layout perfect for large family’s of all ages

Large family!! This is the place!!

only about 2 minute walk to the beach and having 4 chairs already reserved for us was a definite plus !. This part of the beach is not crowded since no high-rise condos in this section. Very nick pool to relax in as well.. Kids had a great time after going to the beach and still get more fun time at the house. Any issues were dealt with promptly by the host.

Great beach vacation

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it was a great house for our big family. The walk to the beach was easy, and it was really nice having the private beach (less crowded than others areas). We did have trouble with the internet working properly and the upstairs washer had some mold. Other than a few minor issues, the house and location were great.

Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious, great location, the pool is amazing! We had 22 people and there was pleanty of space for all of us. The property manager was very nice and communicated well.

Perfect for big group

We had such a great stay at this beautiful house. Communication was great! Pool and outside seating area had room for all 20 of us easily. Easy and close beach access with chairs and umbrella were nice as well!

Great Space for a large group

Family Reunion Vacation

The house was perfect with every couple having a master suite and lots of bunk beds for the kids. Since we did all of our own meals, it was nice having ample kitchen space for cooking. The backyard pool was wonderful and the kids enjoyed it morning to night! The short distance to the beach allowed us to walk back and forth easily. We’re already talking about our next vacation!

Great Stay

The house was spacious with a walking distance to a private beach. It’s nice to have a private beach since the public beach nearby was packed during the day. The weather wasn’t nice when we stayed but having a big pool saved the trip. All the kids and adults loved the pool. I loved the fact that the management was just a text away. They responded very quickly and tried to accommodate us as best as they could. Definitely recommend this beautiful house!

Fun beach house with great pool

The was a very nice beach house and the pool, outside patio and kitchen amenities were superb. The downsides were the house internet was very flaky and some bedrooms had no wireless internet access at all. Additionally, I paid for use of the elevator for my elderly parents and one guest with a disability but the elevator was very difficult to use and stopped working completely half way through the stay.

Excellent Location and Very Well Maintained house

First the great things about the property. * Excellent Location * Big House with tons of rooms * Great Pool and Jacuzzi area * Big kitchen with lots of utensils * Nice Barbeque and outdoor kitchen with Icemaker * Parking for up to 7 cars * Everything is close to the house * Downstairs pool bathroom with Steam is like heaven... everyone enjoyed that a lot Now, not so great things and areas of improvements * Very small living and dining room for the house sized for 30 people * Pool Table needs complete replacement. The table, Cue Sticks, and balls are all completely worn out. We were looking for some great games, but could hardly play any * The game room on the 2nd floor is oddly located. If you want to play games late at night, you can't, since there are 4 bedrooms all around the pool table area * It would be better to move the pool table in the downstairs bedroom, converting it into the game area * They need to add more trash bins for the property, we struggled to place the trash by the end of 3rd day since trash is picked only once a week. * I understand this is covid times, but the checkout ought to be at least by 10 AM. 9 AM checkout with these many folks and kids is difficult. I would have given it full 5 stars, but for the worn-out pool table and the smaller living/dining area, I would rate it at 4.5 stars.

Fantabulous

Its the best beach vacation we ever had. It has all you need for a fun gathering. We went as group of 4 families. Its right next to beach with private access. Its had big heated pool. It has enough room for everyone. Everything is excellent n clean. We felt the pictures listed in VRBo are not well taken and condo looks slightly outdated in pictures, but in real its very updated. Please re shoot the pictures. Having said all these good things there are just few suggestions like pool not getting heated enough, bunk beds doesn't have fan or airflow, would be nice if they provide elevators for free instead of additional charge. otherwise this is the place to go for large group. Thanks and will visit again.

Fantastic spring break rental home for multi family group

Overall the property was great! The property management team was very responsive. Only had a few minor issues but overall went well. Great walking distance to the beach and private access. Definitely looking to book again in the future!

Great house

House was as advertised, it was perfect for our group of 18 adults. Only one issue with the jets in the hot tub, one call and it was resolved quickly! One recommendation would be for the owners to get a deck box and fill it with beach and pool towels, as they ask you not to use the bathroom linens for the beach, yet don’t supply beach towels.

Good family home

Our group of 8 families enjoyed our stay at Born to Sun house. The house is well laid out and provided ample room for everyone. The pool was the focal point of our stay with the kids spending many hours playing and splashing around. The two grills and two refrigerators were very helpful. The property management team was easy to work with and took care of us whenever we had any issues during our stay.

Great house for a large group

This house was great for a large group of teens and parents. Plenty of refrigerator space, laundry on first and second floor and 2 dishwashers kept up with everyone's needs. Lots of comfortable sleeping space and the house was pretty quiet even when the teens were still up. Very easy access to the beach as well. We had to make a couple of minor maintenance calls but they were answered quickly.

Property was very clean and plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Thr elevator wasn't working during out stay, so the couples staying on the third floor got a work out. But overall it was a fantastic property!

Excelente home

This home was everything we were looking for and more! First off, the staff at Born to Sun was very welcoming from the get go. It’s always nice to know there’s people out there that go above and beyond to make sure that their guests are well taken care of. We had a large group stay and the house did not feel crowded at all. From it’s huge and luxurious kitchen area to it’s very spacious rooms, this place did not disappoint one bit! Not to mention the beautiful pool and nice lounging areas outdoors. The short walk to the beach was also a huge plus for us. We would definitely recommend Born to Sun to anyone looking for a nice vacation home in the Miramar/Destin area.

Amazing vacation home

We can't say enough about the Born to Sun property! Location was amazing, very short 3 min walk to the beach and so many restaurants to choose from if we wanted to eat out. It was hard to leave the house though given the beautiful pool and just how comfortable we felt in the home. Everyone in our group had their own space as each room was large and had their own bathroom. We loved this property, its amenities and location!
