Comfortable seating for gathering and relaxing, open layout filled with natural light and a dining table seating for 10 guests, plus 4 at the breakfast bar! The gourmet kitchen is both beautiful and functional, featuring Cambria quartz countertops, large island for prepping and serving, stainless steel appliances and ample cabinetry for large groups. Sleeping arrangements on this level include a Queen suite with private full bath! There's also a hallway laundry area and convenient access to the private elevator.
Second Floor – Game Room & King Suites: Head upstairs to the entertainment hub of the home. This floor features 4 spacious King suites, each with private bathrooms. One suite includes two sets of twin bunk beds, making it a great option for families with kids. Game room with Brunswick pool table, large flat-screen TV, High-top table and seating and private balcony overlooking the pool!
Third Floor – Media Room, Bunk Space & More Suites: The top floor is designed for fun and flexibility. Media room with large TV and gaming console—perfect for movie nights or kids’ hangouts, shared bathroom between media room and bunk area. Sleeping arrangements include: 3 additional King suites with private baths and a custom bunk room sleeping 7! (Full-over-full bunks, Twin-over-twin bunks, and additional twin bed) The primary King suite on this level also includes two sets of custom twin bunks, making it ideal for families traveling together.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:
*Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.
*Beach Service: Our complimentary seasonal beach service begins on March 1st - November 30th. This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm.
*Private Elevator: This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $250 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.
*Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. s. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses.
*Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
*VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
*Margarita Machines: We offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.
*Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.
* Parking for 6 vehicles.
* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.
* No tents or canopies allowed on private beach used for the community.
* Weddings/Events- Not Permitted per HOA
