Nicest Condo At Windancer

My husband and I stay at Windancer every May. This the nicest condo we’ve had at the complex and we’ve stayed at several across the second and third floors. Also, the check-in/out process was easier than when we booked through Ocean Reef.

Great Spring Break Vacay

Smaller building=less crowded beach

Since the Windancer is only 4 stories, the beach was not nearly as packed as further down where the buildings are much larger. Everything you could possibly need was thought of. We will definitely come back.

Great Unit

This place was fantastic, right on the beach, plenty of parking, nice pool, quiet and the unit has reserved two beach chairs and a large umbrella step up on the beach each day for us. The unit was very clean, updated with a deck that has an awesome view. We also had great support from the staff with good communication throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to coming back.

Great Views Steps from the Beach

If you’re looking for a place with amazing views only steps from the white sand beach and crystal clear water, then this is the place for you. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 3. Communication with the owner was excellent. The only negative I would point out is that there is only one shower although the listing states there are 2 bathrooms. For our family of 3 this was fine, but if we had six people staying, that would be very difficult.

Unit was clean when we arrived and there were no crazy check out cleaning expectations. The location was also nice with a quiet road and plenty of parking. Building is located pretty far away from the busy Destin strip, which was a plus for us. The only two things that would have made our stay nicer would be a working ice machine (freezer has 4 ice trays), and some more kitchen basics like salt + pepper and coffee filters. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Donna was very helpful with some minor issues that were quickly corrected. She's the best!! Note: New end tables and lamps would be a great update, as well as replacing the low toilets in both bathrooms with the higher ones to accommodate aging guests.

It was very low key, not crowded and overall the condo was very clean at check in. We were a little surprised to see mold though on the ceiling vents and for being renovated, the grout in shower floor is not in the best shape in a few areas. BUT that will not stop us from renting this little gem again! The chair service is a great bonus to this place! Donna was so great to work with and REALLY made us feel welcome. After 16 years staying annually in another city near by, we are now miramar beach fans and already looking to book our next trip!!!
