Very nice (and clean) place to stay! Only issue was that there was an elevator out the entire time we were there and the property was quite busy and the only elevator that worked was too busy- not the fault of the owners of this unit but put a bit of a damper on our trip!

My overall experience was excellent!! This was our first family vacation and my son was soooo excited with how nice this was. It was exactly as pictured and I was so afraid that it wouldn’t be. The location was great! Right by the beach and plenty of food restaurants and shopping!

View of ocean on Luau 1’s 10th floor

The view of the properties and the ocean from this condo is so pretty! It’s on the 10th floor. Even though the master bedroom and bath are small, the king bed was really comfortable! We enjoyed the privacy of this condo. Destin is a wonderful, upscale vacation destination… lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from!! This condo development is very nice!!

Quick getaway

Nice condo in great location. Minutes close to beach. Beach close to condo was really packed. Definitely get there early for a good spot close to the shore. The shower head was not working , however the property manager we called maintenance team to fix it on time. They also said coffee and tea was provided but there was none in stock. The place was clean and bed is comfy. It even comes with beach chairs and umbrella. Thank you for letting us stay. We will recommend the place to others.

Anniversary Trip

This was an awesome getaway for my husband and I! We loved this place because it was close enough to the beach to walk, and close enough to lots of things to do in town! It’s clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay again. We had a broken coffee pot, so we let the managers know and we had a brand new one in a few hours! Great customer service!!

Incredible resort

The location was perfect. The condo was everything we could have wanted. We wanted to social distance while still be able to go to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to not have to eat out once. Just wish we could have stayed here until the crisis was over. His place is paradise.
