Welcome to Emerald Heaven's Ciboney by the Sea — your Vacation in Paradise! Our 4th floor (elevator available), 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been newly renovated and offers the best, unobstructed ocean-view in the entire complex. No units above you means no noise from neighbors walking around. Ciboney 4002 boasts an open floor plan with a large living area with plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the ocean. Upgrades include granite counter tops, tile backsplash, new ceramic tile flooring, and high quality furniture. A brand new air conditioning system was installed summer of 2020 and keeps the unit as cold as you desire. A new washer/dryer and dishwasher were installed in 2021. Ciboney by the Sea has been tastefully decorated and includes ample amenities that make this one of the most sought-after vacation rentals in Destin.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and panty for food storage. Enjoy the view of the ocean directly from the kitchen while you cook up some local snapper from the fresh fish store for a comfortable home-cooked meal with your family. The large and spacious dining room table has seating for 6, with 4 extra stools at the kitchen bar for a total of 10 seats. Complimentary high speed internet is available, with flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and storage space for your beach equipment. The large and spacious 200 sq. ft. balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, with it's panoramic views of the powdery, white sand and emerald-green waters. During the winter months, soak up the spectacular sunsets directly from your porch with a glass of wine, as you watch the sun set below the horizon.

This condo will sleep 6 people, or 7 with a floor mattress (best for a child). The master bedroom features a king bed with a Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress, a flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom, and access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf views. A fold up, twin sized memory foam mattress is available in the closet for little ones. The guest bedroom is equipped with a Tuft & Needle queen sized memory foam mattress and a flat screen TV. The living room includes a queen sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space to accommodate up to 7 people total.

Ciboney Condominium is located directly across from Scenic Gulf 98, with easy pedestrian-friendly private beach access, and a 5 minute walk to the world's famous Pompano Joes Restaurant. Ciboney is a low density complex with only 60 units, resulting in a more secluded and private beach experience you won't experience in the crowded high rise condos. The beach is private and accessed through a private beach gate. Amenities include: seasonally heated swimming pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, on-site charcoal grills, and outdoor showers. Enjoy 2 complimentary chairs and am umbrella from the onsite beach vendor starting in March and ending at the end of October. Free parking onsite for up to 2 vehicles.
