Great location - has everything: tennis, pool, hot tub, sand volleyball, pristine beach and gorgeous views of the gulf.

Great condo, loved the fact that it was on the beach, had to learn to navigate the entrance

All the comforts of home, I did have to communicate with owner because of the Wi-Fi password and he was very quick to respond and we got right on line, very much enjoyed our stay

Nice family vacation

The condo was great. It was clean, had all the necessary kitchen utensils we needed. The master shower did leak on the floor every time we took a shower but that’s the only downside. The view was incredible. The beach was the best part. We had a great time and I would stay in this unit again.

Fantastic views & well-located stay

We came to Destin/Miramar Beach for the Luke Combs concert. We had never been in the area but after some research we found this gem at Mainsail condos. It was located in a good spot and right on the gulf. We could uber to Destin Harborwalk and 30a with ease. We probably would rent a car next time, but the location and the place did its job. We had a great time on the beach and enjoyed the view. We didn't cook a lot, but it sure looks like you have what you need for a nice dinner. My only thing was an option for early check in. I would have paid more if I could have had an option to get in early. I would stay here again for sure.

Amazing views perfect getaway for couples

Our stay was amazing! The check in was easy as well as parking. Communication with the host was top tier any question I had I could call or text and receive a quick response. The host Robert even sent a list of local restaurants to check out doing our stay since it was our first time in Destin. The condo is exactly what is pictured. We enjoyed the balcony the most just to look out and enjoy the views of the Gulf and watch the sunrise and sunset! Loved the smart kitchen appliances as well. If you’re looking for a couples getaway I would highly recommend staying here and the beach is only a 5min walk and you get two beach chairs with an umbrella!Thank you Robert for hosting us!! We will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful private beach!

Beautiful views from the 7th floor. Also, liked that the balcony was very private! Nice that beach chairs & umbrella are provided. The kitchen is very well stocked and equipped with all you would need for cooking meals. Comfortable beds. Good location! Just a little trouble communicating with the owner. Getting access codes and wi-fi codes, etc. but it all worked out. I would still recommend this condo. Thank you!

Very good but also bad

The unit was updated and the view was great. It was also clean except for a problem we had with the master bedroom. When we got ready to go to bed (about 11:30 p.m.) and turned down the bed, it was not clean. In fact the bedding was soiled and smelled very sour. We had to strip the bed and wash the linens. We placed some temporary linens so we could sleep. We slept the next four nights in the bedroom although the bad odor lingered. It made a most unpleasant stay. We talked with the owner but he made no adjustments.

Nice Unit

Condo was nicely decorated. However, it could have been a bit cleaner. Items noted were: toenails on the balcony, mildew on ceiling in master bathroom, sand in master bathroom shower, hair in guest tub and sink, very dusty ceiling in kitchen above air vent, and air system smelled musty when running. The washer made a terrible noise when running and, had we had our grandchildren with us, it would have been impossible for them to nap/sleep due to the loud noise. We could not hear each other talk and had to leave the unit while running the washer. It could use some maintenance it seems. The unit is located right at the elevator and the noise from the elevator was annoying at times. The linens were nice and clean. Master bed comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. Some of the cookware was dirty, I assume, from previous guests. The left side of the toaster did not function. There was no storage space for groceries and we had to set everything out on the counters. The electronic equipment was a nice addition, however, it seemed there were too many remotes for us older folks. We were a little disappointed with the size of the unit and it was a bit smaller than pictures appeared. The master bedroom was spacious but the master bathroom shower and living room was a bit smaller than pictured. The "oversized balcony" was not exactly "oversized". It would be difficult to fit four folks comfortably on the balcony -- we felt a bit cramped with the two of us. Sliding doors were hard to open/close. From the pictures, we thought the unit was ocean front, however, it was on the side of the building with a gulf view, which was beautiful by the way. The balcony overlooks the houses next door so your view is mainly of those houses/guests and the noise level from some of the houses was pretty loud. Overall the condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay but I'm not sure we would rent this unit in the future.

Although, I loved the location and close proximity to the beach of this condo it wasn't in good condition. We got in pretty late on the first night and the condo was so damp we had to mop the floors. There also was an old moldy smell that lingered the whole stay and the bedding was damp. The master shower was not draining properly and didnt have a seal in the doors so it kept overflowing to the floor. We contacted guest services someone came out the next morning for both. They got the air working and drain unclogged. When night came the air stopped working again. We called guest services everyday until we left, but no one else ever came to fix. The last 2 day the condo got up to 79 degrees. We were hot and sticky and just ready to go at thay point.

Nice place with a great set up. Has everything you need for a getaway. Property has all the amenities you need and is about 150 yards within walking distance to the whitest beach and greenest water that Destin/Miramir has to offer. The view from the balcony to the beach is pretty. The facility has a pool, hot tub, and a gym. Check in was simple with security . I also liked that it was a gated community.

Amazing view!

The condo is exactly how it was posted but the pictures of the view do not do it justice! My mom and I sat on the patio every morning and evening just to see the view. It was so beautiful and relaxing. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely recommend.

We loved everything about this property. There were a few issues that need to be addressed..the master bath shower is not properly sealed on the bottom so the bathroom floor gets wet every time you shower, the master bedroom closet door was broken and the kitchen garbage did not close.We are strongly considering booking again next year.

Very nice place, however, no towels in kitchen, no cabinet space for any groceries, shower flooded bathroom ever time someone took a shower, even with the shower head pointed opposite of shower door. Water runs directly off shower curb into the bathroom.
