Wonderful Week of Rest and Play!

Our Family had a great week of Just relaxing by the beach and play. We loved the house and its location. Great space and layout for us to enjoy family time together and then when We needed Rest, relaxation and time away, we had plenty of space to go do so in separate areas of the house. Great get a way and lovely home. Will be happy to come stay at this beautiful home in the future. Thanks!

Beautiful place, beautiful view.

Our stay was amazing! The view was breathtaking. The location was great, not in town but close enough to everything we needed. The home was beautifully decorated. The bunk room was a hit for the children. The king bedrooms each had their own bathrooms which was so convenient. The pool was heated just enough to enjoy even on the chillier days. Overall we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Summer Vacation

This house was by far the best house we have stayed in, the lay out was perfect and accomodated all of my family. Beautiful home and got daily checkins to make sure we didnt need anything. Looking forward to another stay at Summer Sunset!!

Loved the location. House was great! Only issues with the house was opening freezer compartment. Wasn’t working properly. The “private beach access wasn’t always monitored so that was an issue.

Amazing Sunsets

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer beauty and convenience of this gem of a property. This beachfront home boasts an unbeatable location on the Gulf Coast. It's a perfect location for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious beach getaway. The moment you step onto the back porch, you're greeted by the soft, powdery white sands of the Emerald Coast. One of the standout features of this property is the complimentary beach umbrella service. Everything was ready for us each morning, no hassle dragging things to the beach. The bunkroom was genius - stylish with plenty of sleeping space. While this home offers a private and tranquil atmosphere, it's also conveniently located just one block away from a variety of restaurants and shops. Whether you're in the mood for a gourmet dinner or a casual beachside meal, you'll find options to suit your taste within walking distance. Property manager was quick to respond to our needs as well during our stay.

Buckingham Family Vacation 2024

overall we truly enjoyed the property. Location was a huge plus for us as we have small gbabies and with it being right on the beach with a pool made things easy when it was nap time. I was a bit disappointed in that the pictures online didn't match the furnishings when we arrived. Having no rugs made it very loud when everyone was inside. The couch had a 2X4 holding it up in the center and was kinda stained. We requested the pool to be heated when we arrived, it wasn't, but management responded very promptly to address, huge plus! The ceiling in the living room/kitchen had a leak that was pretty bad and not pleasant to look at. LOVED the beach chairs and umbrella setup for us each day. For as many people as the house sleeps it really needs another refrigerator. Overall, our family had a wonderful time together. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is a beautiful property with all necessary amenities. Location was amazing! Beach access was steps away. House was beautifully decorated. Check-in was easy, the pool was small, however, perfect for the children in our party. I took my family of 9 to this home for a week and it did not disappoint!

Great House & Location

We had a wonderful family vacation with all the kids and grandkids! The house was very comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The communucation with the host was very easy and responsive. The plunge pool was a great amenity to have, also the excursions and umbrella & chair set up were loved by all!! No complaints whatsoever!

Location to the beach was the best feature. Both mattresses in the master bedrooms need to be replaced, very worn and uncomfortable. Bathrooms should be renovated as they are dated and bring the house down from luxury status. Also furniture in main room should be more comfortable. My wife sat in a chair on the front porch and it collapsed. Old and falling apart.

We booked a much needed family vacation (my husband and I and our 4 adult children). Home is beautiful and right on the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided everyday were awesome! Also appreciated the house came with beach towels. If I'm being honest though - I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the showers all had mold and the sofa and ottomans were stained/dirty. With that being said I would still recommend.

Sublime Home and Location

Our family enjoyed the week at Summer Sunset . The home is beautiful and functional. The location is perfect for walking to shopping snd restaurants and the beach is pristine. All our needs were met with graciousness and professionalism. Absolutely stunning home.
