Occasionally, you may experience construction in your neighborhood during your stay. Please be patient and understanding if this situation should arise. •All plumbing, electrical, furnishings and appliances will be maintained in as good a condition as when received with normal wear. Tenant is responsible for all damages and/or breakage and/or loss to premises.
