Great family/friends getaway

We had a party of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids). There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was just a few doors down and the beach was a five minute walk away! We thoroughly enjoyed the property!

Our family vacation was great! We really enjoyed ourselves. The property was large and accommodated everyone. It was very clean and nicely decoratored. Great location in a nicely decorated home

This home is close proximity to a beautiful public beach. The house is nicely decorated. We traveled from the west coast, so we didn’t bring beach towels with us and were surprised none were supplied. The beach wagon with chairs was nice, however. This was a great location and good home for our extended family.

Spacious accommodations and close to the beach. There were 12 in our group including 2 young children and a baby. The property fitted our needs perfectly and we had no issues. Highly recommend.

Property was fantastic. Spacious house within walking distance of the beach. Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke still lingers. Not terrible during our stay, but had to rewash all clothes once returning home.

Perfect for our needs.

The unit was perfect for our stay. We were only 3-4 blocks away from the beach. The location was close to eating places, shopping, pontoon rentals, Crab Island, and more. We were provided with plenty of towels, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, pots & pans, but lacked in basic kitchen spices. Overall, the property was perfect for our stay of a group of 10.

Better than expected

This home was perfect! Lots of space that was utilized very well. Everyone had a place to sit in the living room and around the table. Tons of room in the kitchen and it was organized and had anything needed to prepare and present a meal. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Just steps away from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Hi chair, baby gate and pack and play provided were so useful. Beach chairs and beach cart in the garage were very handy!! Garage easily parked two cars and there was extra parking for our other cars. Property appears to be maintained regularly also as everything was up to date and did not show much wear and tear. You get more than you’re paying for with this property-we felt like it was a bargain. All around a great place to stay!

Good space, roomy

Overall good experience, on forst night at 230 am I had to pull dead battery from chirping smoke detector and remote batteries in upstairs bedroom were dead. The living room sectional was old and dirty should be replaced. The dining room chairs also on last leg, covers don't hide bad springs, the sectional in living area had staples protruding not good with kids. This furniture needs replaced. I know this sounds bad but really overall experience was good
