「girl working front desk was on the phone with her feet up while a line of guest stood in front of her waiting with zero acknowledgement or explanation very unprofessional will not be coming back to this place anytime soon. main attraction to the place (waterslide) was closed but they did tell us in an email 2 days before our stay so I guess thats something. oh and don't worry about the advertised price cuz the final one is going to be 50 to 100 more! you guys are doing great keep up the good...

「No housekeeping at all. 3 night stay - no new towels even after following directions to put used towels on floor. Had to go to front desk and inquire. Was told that they were short staffed and that he guessed they didn’t come to our room. He did give me towels. We will not be staying at this hotel in the future」
