We were incredibly impressed with this house. It was gorgeous I feel like the host made sure that we were comfortable and everything was taken care of before we got there, so it was easy to get in. I will definitely be staying here again

Moab home

House was clean. Parking was good. Management was quick to bring over a missing coffee grinder. Hot tub cover was super heavy but the tub was nice.

Side by side riders !!!

Trailer must be parked in road with the side by side in the road as well or you will get a lovely letter from the HOA telling you that you got to move it plus is steel Bender trail is right up the road from you. But quiet and peaceful but again we were trying to adjust some mods in the driveway because we went riding and was informed, we had to do that on the road.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at this property and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. We didn't get a check-in code prior to arriving, but were able to call and resolve that within a few minutes of arrival. The property was modern and offered a nice kitchen and grill. The hot tub was less than ideal - it had low water and the people that used it developed a bit of a skin irritation/rash, so that could be improved upon in our opinion. Otherwise, it's a great base for exploring the greater Moab area.
