“Hotel first floor was a mess due to construction. The parking lot was also under construction and a lot of bare dirt. There was no coffee maker in my room. I went to the front desk many times because they would never answer the phone, but I never saw anyone at the front desk. I complained online about the coffee maker after my first night but it was never resolved. I had the tray with coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, etc. Just no machine. The cleaning staff also left me with only 3 pillows instead……

Fridge wasnt cold enough even on high setting and couldnt see aout the window due to hard water stains and mildew(i think).. breakfast just wasnt hitting...room was cleanbed was clean even under a black light. Temp of room was good. Tried to call hotell 4 times the day of and got no answer.. sent email throug expedia.. still no answer.. outside conditions needs improving.. inside was nice and welcoming..”
