“This is the third time I’ve stayed at this property. It is beautifully decorated and has a balcony that overlooks the lake. You are just steps away from a 4-mile trail that follows along the shore and past a rebuilt 1700s fort.The bed is very comfortable. There are two TVs with streaming. All of the kitchen supplies are modern and nice. Where you park is very close to your doorstep. It is close to amenities in Kingston and to Interstate 40 which takes you to Knoxville and other places. I would……

“This is a beautiful place. It was not only very clean and inviting and cozy, but, they thought of everything. There were little extras...blow dryer, flat iron, toothbrush, etc... the host was exceptional with communication as well. The kitchen came with everything needed to cook, have coffee, had all that's needed. While I didn't use the hot tub, it was nice and clean and private. I was VERY happy with what I got for what I paid. I will most definitely stay here again when I go back to see my……

“The room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, plenty pillows, sheets and blankets. The host (James Caperton) was very informative, knowledgeable about the property and kept in touch with us.Parking was free right across the street and there were plenty good places to eat (to many lol…) the capitol ice cream shop is a must try!There are plenty shops and things to do in and around the property.We stayed four days and didn’t want to leave!”

“Perfect getaway and perfect location on Lake Santeetlah. The the home was spotlessly clean and had great outdoor spaces for sitting relaxing outside with a beautiful view of the lake. Communication with the host was the best I’ve ever had. She texted me to let me know the room was ready early just in case I was interested in checking in early. It was the perfect location for enjoying activities on Lake Santeetlah and also was in close proximity to many great hikes. We will definitely be……
