“We were here over Christmas 2025! Weather was great, property was fantastic in a great location with everything you could need. We had two families with kids and after reporting some damage (that we said we would pay to fix) that happened by accident I felt like the property manager ran with that. We are active VRBO renters and have never had any issues in the past. After checking out she claimed the house was "trashed" because in the teens room had a handful of trash left in it as we left……

“We loved the view of the water right off of the porch. The house was clean but a little worn. The kitchen cabinets have paint chipped off, the towels were not of the best quality and I did not find the beds very comfortable. My husband did not have an issue with the mattress. Duck Key is a little drive from grocery stores and most places in Marathon. Just be aware of this. Overall we loved the neighborhood and the view and it worked out well for our stay.”
