"Every hotel should take a page from Social Hubs page!!!! I would stay there again and again ! The room was great. You have access to washer machines, there is so much to do in the hotel itself and the rooftop is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Italy."

"The hotel was beautiful. It was clean. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was unbelievable so great the great they had a great bar. Hotel was wonderful the bathroom it was just beautiful. You stayed there last year and we stayed there again this year and if I ever go back to Florence again, this is where I would want to stay and that’s it thank you bye bye-bye"

"I booked two Classic Double Rooms and requested connecting rooms, but unfortunately I didn’t receive any response from the hotel for over two weeks before our arrival. Fortunately, the hotel generously provided us with a complimentary room upgrade to better accommodate my child, which we truly appreciated. My only concern was the air conditioner and the air quality in our room, as the airflow seems an odor. Overall, we were grateful for the excellent service from Christian and the reception team."
