Location was perfect. There were several additional add on cost, cleaning at 50 eu, highest we paid for any of our italy vrbo, and wasnt overly clean. Bought all drinking water as that was in question. There were no bikes or kayaks as shown on advertisement, were told we could rent them in the town! Had to pay to rent towels and there was a patking pass fee if we wanted to leave after 6pm. The highlight was the location. Okease update ypur vrbo photos, quite dated

Traumhafte Lage der Fewo

Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung bzw. Grundstück sehr wohl. Einmalige ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer und die Stadt. Im September war es natürlich viel ruhiger und beschaulicher als sicher in der Hochsaison. Wir konnten noch im Meer baden und unternahmen einige Ausflüge in der Maremma. Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen.

Hervorragende Lage, sehr ruhig

ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr ruhige Sackgasse. Trotzdem ist der Hafen mit allen Lokalen sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wanderweg beginnt direkt am Grundstück. Die Haustechnik des Hauses ist auf dem modernsten Stand, Heizung und Warmwasser sind top

Sehr schöne Woche in der Toskana

Villa Rosetta ist von der Lage her phantastisch und hat den Charme einer 110-jährigen toskanischen Villa, die sicher viel Geschichte erlebt hat. Die Atmospäre in einem historischen Haus ist sicher anders als in einer modernen Ferienwohnung, aber von der Ausstattung her in einem guten Standard, das Bad ist renoviert und auf einem guten Standard mit moderner Dusche, schönem Waschbecken und Bidet. Als langjähriger Ferienwohnungsnutzer noch einige kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: für deutsche Nutzer wäre eine einfache Filterkaffeemaschine nicht schlecht und eine Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche für Seife etc, Die Anfahrt zum Haus müßte deutlicher beschrieben werden Navi hat uns immer wieder fehlgeleitet. Dringend ist der Hinweis, dass das Objekt in einer verkehrsbeschränkten Zone liegt und evtl. eiine Zufahrtslizenz erworben werden muß (20,. € lt Objektverwaltung) War am Ende unter der Woche für uns nicht erforderlich. Kontakt mit der Verwalterin (Marcella) war sehr gut, sie hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben uns in jeder Form zu unterstützen und es hat am Ende alles super geklappt. Gerne wieder auch generell bei FeWo direkt !

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub auf einer ruhigen (Halb)Insel

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Es war sehr ruhig, auch wenn man sich erst an das stete Brandungsgeräusch der Wellen gewöhnen musste. Der direkte Zugang zum Wasser ist toll. Nur bitte die Badeschuhe nicht vergessen. Der Weg zum Ort ist zu Fuß gut machbar. Wenn man ein Fahrrad mitbringen kann, ist das von Vorteil. Die Kajaks standen leider nicht zur Verfügung, da ehemalige Urlauber diese kaputt gemacht haben. Also diese auch mitbringen, dann kann man sich gut auf dem Wasser bewegen.

Wir waren off-season in der Toskana. Das Objekt ist wunderschön, es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Haus ist eine alte Villa mit authentischem charme - genau richtig renoviert. Dass Fensterläden etwas schwer zu schließen sind, kann man Teil des historischen Ambiente werten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

The location is fantastic. Quiet and right on the water. The terrace is spacious with a beautiful view. The bathroom has been redone but otherwise the apartment and furnishings are somewhat dated. For us, the location made up for any short-comings of the apartment.

Tranquil Beauty

Location, location, location. The view is breathtaking, simply spectacular. Lovely multi-generational family property built in 1914 ish. Owned by the family since the 50s. Quiet, well equipped, great mattress, and host Marcella was extremely kind and helpful. The covered porch was great for dining, watching the sea and moon at night. Another balcony off of the bedroom offer a breathtaking view as well.

Wunderschöne, alte Villa mit Meeresrauschen

Wir haben uns sofort entspannt und wohlgefühlt. Stetes Meeresrauschen unter unserem Schlafzimmer. Spektakulärer Blick über die Bucht von Porto Santo Stefano. Das Appartment ist charmant und die Betreuung durch die Gastgeberinnen hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bellissimo alloggio in villa, stupenda posizione

Villa in posizione stupenda esattamente come da foto, dalla camera da letto e dal terrazzo orientati a E-SE si ha una meravigliosa vista sul mare sottostante e si riescono addirittura a scorgere le Salpe che pasteggiano poco distante dalla riva. L’alloggio è ben strutturato e molto confortevole con cucina funzionale e adeguatamente attrezzata per cucinare il freschissimo pesce reperibile in paese. Nonostante la ripida scogliera due comode discese garantiscono un accesso al mare abbastanza semplice. Da precisare che essendo comunque una costa rocciosa, quando c’è mare agitato conviene spostarsi in zone più riparate che nelle vicinanze non mancano. In comune con gli altri alloggi ci sono i parcheggi per una vettura ad alloggio, una canoa, due barbecue e tre biciclette da città utilissime per andare a far la spesa in paese altrimenti facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Al nostro arrivo la signora Marcella ci ha dato le mappe del luogo e utilissime informazioni generali oltre a quelle raggruppate nel libro per gli ospiti a disposizione nell’alloggio. In conclusione la struttura è consigliatissima sotto tutti i punti di vista, con una punta di eccellenza su posizione e vista.
