Additionally, there is another living room area and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, also with access to the terrace. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a double bedroom with a shower, WC, and an exit leading to the terrace via an exterior staircase. There's another double bedroom on this level with a shower, bidet, WC, and an exit to the garden. The upper floor boasts a large double bedroom with an exit to the terrace and a shower, bidet, and WC.
