「Appartement is very nice. Renovated with a very nice garden. Its situated right next to the dome and to the Piazza. Parking is very poor in Siena, as it is in old cities all around the globe but if you follow instructions given by the hosts infomail upfront its even possible to find a solution which is ok.」

「We had an amazing time in Siena, Paolo was so wonderful. He was a very prompt and clear communicator who went out of his way to be helpful when we were looking to store our luggage for the day before checking in. The apartment itself was comfortable and the location was excellent; we could pop down the stairs and be right in the middle of bustling Siena but the apartment wasn’t noisy and we were able to get quiet and restful sleep. We would definitely stay here again!」

Particularly recommended if you prefer the charm and individuality of an old "tipico" historic building over a modern anonymous one. Siena deserves at least a few days of your itinerary. 「This was a great place to stay. Not sure we had to walk much more than 10 minutes to get to all the sites we visited. Keep in mind the info that states there isn’t an elevator. The climb is definitely worth it but not if you have difficulty with stairs. Paolo was a wonderful host, communicated quickly and had good recommendations. Would gladly stay here again!!」

「We stayed in this apartment in Oct2023. Overall our stay there was good. The front of the apartment is on a busy street on the 4th floor. The website shows beautiful views which are from the balconies from the front of the apartment. The views were incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. 「Stayed for 2 nights to see Siena. Perfect place for a home base. Parked about 10 minutes before, just outside the restriction zone. Two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. No coffee in the room, coffee shops down the street a few minutes away. Lots to see and lots of restaurants within 10 minutes. We recommend it.」

「We booked a room but did not know that there was a generator near our room and was loud. The staff upgraded us to an apartment after a couple of nights. Just a tip, book an apartment if you are thinking of staying here. Breakfast was ok since there’s no shops anywhere near this place. If you can rent a car, better but I think taxis go here. Water pressure was good as well as the wifi. If you miss fast food after eating pasta 3x a day, there’s fast food choices 15 mins away ie Burger King and...

She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, including helping us with taxis and restaurants. The home was beautiful, and we loved being able to sit on the roof top, enjoying the view, along with our drinks. HIGHLY recommend!」

「This was our second stay at Podere Cunina and was simply wonderful - again! The property is STUNNING with magical views of both sunset and sunrise each day. As a flower lover, I absolutely love all the diversity of the landscaping - everything was in bloom and beautiful! The hosts are so lovely - with warm greetings and advice. It’s a great middle point to visit all of Tuscany. Really gives you the feel of living the Italian villa lifestyle. We hope to be back soon!」

「Der Service an der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren sehr gut. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut. Sehr gut war das Angebot von frischem Obst. Das Abendessen ist zu empfehlen. Der Pool kann dank der zu öffnenden Überdachung bei jedem Wetter genutzt werden. Die Lage ist schön ruhig im Grünen.」
