Great Place to stay!!!!!

My friend and I stayed there for a week at the end of July. This condo was very comfortable and homey feeling. Very secure loaction and only minutes to the airport and Hip Strip. I would definately recommend this place to any friends or family traveling to Montego Bay!

This property was as pictured. There was a delay with check in because security could not locate the keys. The owner was quick to answer any questions. Very satisfied.

Very clean house

My experience staying at Coral Garden started out not so great because I got to the house late and communication with the host was not good. She was out of the country so it was hard to reach her. She send me an email the same day with a good phone number but I did not have internet access while I was traveling so I didn’t get it. Also I went my the needle drop location on the map so I was lost for awhile. That was probably my fault. I did not notice that there was an actual address listed. When I finally made it to the house it was extremely hot and the power was off. Eventually I found the circuit breaker to turn the power on to the house and turned the AC on. On a positive note the house was extremely clean and the neighborhood was great. There is a pool about 2 min walk away where you can hangout get food/drinks a chill. I would recommend making sure you communicate with the host days before so she know when you will arive and make sure the AC and light is on before you arive.

Lovely house and owner

The house is in a gated community and the security guards were attentive. The house is well equipped and Valerie was really good at answering our questions during our stay. Sadly the restaurant on site was small and not open in the evenings and getting around is not that easy without a car. Walking is very hard as there are very few pavements and the local roads are narrow and busy. Taxis can be very expensive, minimum Usd 25 to get to the Bay, unless you use a local route taxi, which costs about Usd 1 and pass by the main gate. This is just advice to fellow independent travellers and does not in any way detract from the service provided by Valerie and Owners Direct, which was excellent.

Great location and a great house. It's on a hill overlooking Montego Bay with a tropical breeze..

I arrived on a Friday morning and was very happy about the location. I went food shopping and came back to walk the property to hang by the pool. I went sight seeing during the day and ended up on the porch in the evening enjoying the wonderful tropical breeze. I shall definitely return.

Schönes Haus- schlechte Kommunikation

Unser Aufenthalt in Jamaika war vom 25.11.-05.12.2015. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir auch zufrieden, einige "Kleinigkeiten" sollte man jedoch umgehend abstellen. Als wir nach einem 11 stündigen Flug endlich am Mango Walk Country Club angekommen sind, gab es niemanden, der uns den Schlüssel geben konnte. Niemand wusste über unsere Ankunft bescheid oder konnte uns helfen. Wir verbrachten knapp 2,5 Stunden vor dem Eingang. Die Security versuchte uns zu helfen, scheiterte aber. Am Ende bekamen wir dann glücklicherweise durch Zufall einen Schlüssel, da der Schlüsselinhaber in diesem Moment von einem Stadtbummel nach Hause kam. Valerie selbst ist nicht in Jamaika und unter der angegebenen Rufnummer geht nur die Sprachbox ans Telefon, sodass man die Vermieterin nicht erreicht. Nie! Sie ist auch nicht besonders freundlich und reagiert pampig auf Anfragen vor Ort. Des Weiteren ist das Haus, in welches man zieht, nicht das auf den Fotos, sondern eines der Nachbarhäuser. Die Einrichtung ist völlig anders und es wirkt wesentlich kleiner vor Ort. Die Terasse hat kaputte Stühle und Gartenmöbel. Es gab nur 3 Handtücher für 4 Personen. Das Haus war sauber und aufgeräumt. Gleiches Spiel am Ende mit der Schlüsselabgabe - niemand wusste, wer den Schlüssel bekommt. Wir haben ihn dann bei einem Mann names Allen abgegeben. Das Anwesen befindet sich auf einem Berg und man benötigt etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi in die Stadt, 45 Minuten wenn man zum Strand laufen will. Trotzdem war Jamaika ein toller Urlaub für uns. We arrived November 6th to the 15, 2015. Our check in went smoothly.

The front gate and office staff were very Polite and extremely helpful. The townhouse was exactly how it was promoted, very clean, a large selection of towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. We were close to all the attractions , within driving distance. We found a local eatery called the Fish Bone on bottom road, not too far from the townhouse , they served local seafood dishes, (yummy). Thank you Ms Valrie, it was a pleasure staying at your property . I will be recommending this property to my family's and friends.

CLEAN COOL & MODERN

We arrived and found the property to be exactly as advertised. It was clean, modern and all systems worked well. The internet (which is included) is great to have as many hotels and resorts will charge an extra fee. There were ample supplies for us to enjoy cooking at the villa. The villa is stocked with plenty of towels. The security (both for the community as well as the villa) is tight which made us feel at ease. The pool is less than a block away. The owner is easy to contact and was rapidly responsive both prior to and during our trip. She even learned about a special fish fry and happy hour being held at a local establishment and forwarded the information to us while we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning again next year. We highly recommend this community and especially this particular villa/owner. Thank you Valerie!!

Amazing Townhouse! Will definitely stay here again!!!!

My family and I started out our vacation here in Jamaica on a bad note, our first night in the country we stayed over in St. Ann's Bay at a property that had NO A/C. Since we were unaware that the villa did not include A/C my mother said either we need to find another property that has A/C (since we had elderly people and diabetics in our group) or we fly back to the U.S. I spent countless hours into the early morning trying to find another property so we didn't have to leave this beautiful country and I came across Valerie's property! I sent her an email telling her that she was my last hope in saving our vacation and she came through and did just that!!! Later that morning we were moving into her villa and a very kind woman named Opal welcomed us with warms greetings! Once we got settled in Opal took us down to city to buy a local cellphone and groceries. My mother, grandmother and I were so grateful that Opal took us around town treating us like her little sisters explaining certain things to us, etc. After Opal was done helping us she put us in a taxi and sent us back home! (Please thank her again for her warm hospitality!!!) I have nothing but great comments about this property. Valerie took great care of us and even checked in with us every couple of days! Being a US citizen has made us accustom to certain things and one of those things is A/C. This property is just the place to cool you down from being outside with all the heat and humidity Jamaica has to offer! You're crazy if you don't book this place ASAP! Relaxing Stay

The property is in a gated community which makes you feel very safe. The house itself has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen and living area. The queen bed in the front room is very comfortable and there are two twin beds in the back room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that we felt we needed...pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. The fridge is very large which is nice. There is a washer/dryer but we never used this. I would suggest that there be a bigger coffee machine bc found that the small 4 cup one is way too small to make two big cups of coffee to have outside. The house is kept clean and it was a pleasure dealing with the owner when I needed to for a few issues. I would definitely go back to this property. Only downside is that there is no back "deck" or patio to go sit outside and enjoy a drink.

VERY COMFORTING!

MY FAMILY TRAVELED TO JAMAICA AS A BITTERSWEET VACATION. HALF VACA AND HALF VOLUNTEERING IN A LOCAL CHILD CARE CENTER (ORPHANAGE).. THIS PROPERTY IS IN A GREAT AREA, CLOSE TO HIP STRIP, DR'S CAVE BEACH, AND MUCH MORE. A LITTLE NERVOUS WHEN MY FAMILY TRAVELED BACK HOME, AND I WAS THERE TO FINISH OUT THE MONTH VOLUNTEERING SOLO. THE STAFF INCLUDING ERROL (POOL GUY) TO THE WHOLE SECURITY STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPED IN ANY WAY... WHETHER YOU NEEDED A PIZZA DELIVERED (DOMINOES), OR YOUR FAUCET FIXED. GREAT RENTAL TO JUST RELAX, POOL IS WELL KEPT AND LOCAL FRUIT GUY COMES AROUND AND SELLS FRESH FRUIT AND VEGS. NEED A TAXI JUST WALK TO GATE, AND SECURITY WILL HELP YOU, AND ONLY A FEW $ CAN TAKE YOU TO LOCAL GROCERY STORE(MEGA MART), AS WELL AS LOCAL FOOTBALL STADIUM(SOCCER), AND MUCH MORE. THE HAND BOOK INSIDE THE PROPERTY GIVES ALL THE INFO NEEDED, FROM CHECKIN TO CHECKOUT . AND EVERYTHING WAS PROVIDED ALL YOU NEED IS A SWIMSUIT! GREAT AREA FOR FAMILIES, COUPLES, AND JUST ABOUT ANYONE AND EVERYONE! BY FAR THIS RENTAL WAS EXTREMELY CONVENIENT AND TRULY FELT LIKE A HOME.... THANKS VALERIE!
