「Love everything about this property. On arrival staff treated up nice, we arrived early and could not check in before 11am, so they gave us a beach pass, hung out unit the rest on my group came then we checked in. To the security guard that works the morning shift, you said your name but mi caan memba, but thanks for making mi and mi auntie laugh and good vybes. To Loretta yuh ah good entertainer, we really fuljoy wi self.. Will definitely be visiting again ☺️」

Swim up bar staff were attentive & friendly. Loved the Riu Palace Montego Bay and will definitely return! Yeah Man - a great place to stay! 😊」

「The staff are great, friendly but they are lacking in the cleaning, my friends room and my room had bed bugs. After reporting they changed our room but if we didn’t had a picture to proof it they would kept us on the same room. 」

「Tried to cancel the trip after the hurricane and hotel originally said they would and then changed their mind . We came expecting it to be damaged and lower standards and for a $10,000 holiday I wasn’t impressed. Hotel smells horrendously of mold and our rooms were so full of mold we got chest infections. Confirmed by my doctor when I got home. Could see mold in the air con vents (photos taken). Hotel grounds themselves (like garden beds etc, not well kept ) Staff were unfriendly . Asking...
