Lovely safe Jamaica rental

Very clean. Bed is amazing and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Montego Bay amenities. Loved the backyard patio and upstairs patio. Fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. P.s the hot tubs were not available at this property, but full access to the pool was

PERFECTION!!!!! Book Now!!!

There truly aren’t enough words to describe the complete perfection of the Nautical Homes 2, Miramar oasis. The property is officially the best property I have ever stayed in!  The property was, without question,  5 out of 5 stars. The setup was ideal. The size of the home was perfect. The layout displayed a comfy functional space for a large group and was spacious enough for individual privacy. The home had access to everything important. The kitchen was complete with all that was needed for cooking any meal type. There was also the convenience of a washer and dryer for laundry. The home was extremely clean. The backyard setting was beautiful, complete with an outside grill. The bedding and couches were beyond comfortable and lush. The home also included Wi-Fi, smart TV’s in every room, cable, Alexa devices and more. And the feature that I loved the most, was a major convenience (especially for travelers who are not familiar with how their phone service will work in other countries). Raquel and Vinroy provided extra smart features throughout the home that left us with the comfort and ability to reach out even if our own personal devices weren’t set up for outside connections. This service provided an additional layer of safety and access to the outside world if needed. The property was immaculately decorated. It has all of the finest features. (Glass, marble stand in showers, master jetted tub, bowl sinks, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, etc.) As the home was so warming, my group and I decided to stay in most days. The community was very safe and secure, in a great neighborhood, with 24 hour gated security. The residents/guests of the neighborhood were also very polite.  Finally, the best part of this entire experience were the hosts, Raquel and Vinroy. The communication was the absolute best. They kept in contact from initial booking all the way home, which was extremely comforting. The hosts also provided convenient services such as safe transportation to and from the airport and travel around the island if needed. My greatest appreciation was for host Raquel. She was so attentive to my group. Walked us through the process thoroughly & assisted with any questions. During our stay, she checked on us with a simple text to ensure we were ok. She gave us our space but ensured that if we needed her, she’d be there. She truly made our trip memorable. Book Now! I cannot stress enough how perfect this location is!

Excellent Jamaican VRBO Accommodations.

More than promised. From the expert opinion of someone who in the past worked and lived on property at one of the top all inclusive resorts in Jamaica and who has also enjoyed many Timeshare properties in America. This rental exceeded expectations Better accommodations than many more highly priced 4 star accommodations. Listing stated 2 bedrooms but had 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms Hostess called in advance to provide contact information and offer transportation if needed Hostess was onsite to help us settle in and provide a tour of the accommodation Echo spot smart home assistant in master bedroom. (Informed me the front door was unlocked when I set a wake up alarm for bed) Fully stocked with linen for in house, pool and beach towels Bottled water, instant tea and coffee provided Safe and Carport provided Swimming pool and gym on site Gated community with 24 hour security No nickel and diming all these amenities are included. My only recommendation for improvement is that the gym equipment on property appeared old and in need of being replaced.

We had an awesome time.

The home was clean and had the essentials that were needed for our stay, which lasted 6 days. If we needed something Dimitri or Rena graciously accommodated our request. Dimitri also came by to check on us and made sure we were comfortable and our trip was going well. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely rent the home again.

Breathtaking!

Highly recommended!!!! Smooth and seamless transaction from beginning to end. The property is so amazing we didn't find the need to go out much. Everything we needed was here. Also a great multifunctional space for practically any occasion. Best stay ever!!

I absolutely loved staying at Nautical Homes Miramar! I come to Jamaica every year to visit family and this is by far the best place that my family and I have stayed. The property was extremely clean and the amenities were great (Washer/dryer, full kitchen, AC, etc). Judith checked in on us to ensure that we were ok or needed anything, which is a great sign of a great property manager and customer service. We felt safe and once the security guards knew who we were (they initially would not let us in when we first arrived because our name was on not on any list), we had easy access to come and go as we please. I will definitely be staying here next year!
