My travel group (3 couples) and I usually go on several trips a year and as the planner relaxing is often hard! BUT Vinroy’s team consisting of Kamilah (concierge), Chef, and Steve (transportation) made my entire trip adventurous AND relaxing!
I sent our desired itinerary just hoping for some assistance with transportation and private dining, but the team went above and beyond. Kamilah returned my itinerary with suggested times, confirmed my in-home dining days (phenomenal pricing), arranged for spa treatments, and booked my excursions.
Steve was our driver the entire time and if you’re looking for an authentic experience with luxury he’s your guy! Well respected in Mobay, we felt safe and well taken care of. He navigated us through issues, gave us VIP service everywhere we went, and routinely went above and beyond!
Chef was amazing! Price price price! Don’t miss out! I grew up in the islands so I am critical of “resort like” island cuisine but Chef is far from! Authentic, timely, great prices, and flavor! You cannot beat this option. We booked breakfast every morning and two private dinners. If I didn’t have local spots to visit I would’ve easily booked him for all meals, the price was beyond a great value.
The property is as pictured and in a new/current construction gated community. We only ran into 2 minor issues with the property and Kamilah addressed them before we even returned to the villa for the day!
Needless to say, I’d stay again! Wonderful team!
