“A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to……

“La habitación y hotel súper limpio el personal súper amables comida muy rica y variada solo la alberca techada no está climatizada y está fría difícil de utilizar y no enfermarse uno pero es una excelente opción este hotel y aún lado del casco viejo y playa súper ubicado ”

“The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time……
