Great set up at Monterey

House is very clean and spacious, close enough to all scenic places and stores we wanted to access, yet away from the tourist noises and crowds. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again if we are back to the area.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend with my family and two kids. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed! The location is right by the airport but is not loud at the house at all. About 15-20 minutes from Carmel, Pebble Beach, and downtown Monterey which was perfect. Everything felt close and not too far away. The backyard was perfect for my two kids to play and had a beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in the Gather and Rest house for the Thanksgiving holidays. Since I was working in Salinas, I was pleased with the distance from my workplace, as well as the close proximity of Monterey and the surrounding area. The views from the backyard were awesome and the home was comfortable for all.

A Perfect Stay for the Laguna Seca Weather Tech Race Track.

This Property was a perfect place to stay for our Laguna Seca Weather Tech Race Track / Family Trip. The driveway had enough space to accommodate a full size trailer and 2 full-size Trucks. The backyard had enough space for our toddlers to enjoy scooters. We will definitely stay here again for the next track day.

Excellent property

Excellent experience, clean, extremely well equipped. Garage access is a plus. Host was easy to communicate with, attentive to our needs. Only downside is that the price is on the high side, especially for a short stay.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at your property. From the location to the views to the staff...everything exceeded expectations. The kitchen was so well appointed and the amenities add to our comfort. The house was immaculate something my wife was very pleased about. The maintenance team was awesome and super helpful with some minor questions we had about the property. We make this trip once a year and will definitely look to your listings for our next trip! Great option for Laguna Seca and Monterey area

We stayed for a three-day weekend while attending an event at Laguna Seca and were very happy with the home. You'll have a hard time finding a better location if you visit the track daily. The host communicated well and the home was as nice in person as it appears in the pictures. The home was recently renovated with new appliances and furniture. The backyard was very spacious, clean, and private. I highly recommend and would gladly stay there again.

This is a very honest review of the property. Pros: Great location Very clean, actually spotless Well stocked Ocean view from fence line Quiet neighborhood Nice & friendly neighbors Managed by Sanctuary Vacations Rentals Stunning views and outdoor space Lots of birds in the area to watch & listen to Great outdoor furniture Fence line shared with Monterey Airport -which we enjoyed. Cons: House smells of cigarette smoke from previous owner Paid extra to VRBO to book house when Sanctuary Vacation Rentals manage the house and deal directly with you (Book direct) 10am Check out No larger than a queen bed in any room
