House was clean and tidy, spacious with a garden that the kids enjoyed and comfy beds.Shower pressure was weak but overall we enjoyed the house and would recommend. “The backyard is full of stickers, not very fun to play in. The house photographed well, but was definitely not as appealing in person (shout out to the photographer). The bathroom needs a new shower curtain liner and the cleaning was bare minimum. Absolutely livable, not gross, but also not what I would expect to be a thorough cleaning before we arrived. ”

“Great place with a wonderful location. The house was clean and organized well and the outdoor space was so nice. The location made it easy to get to the beach and the Monterrey Bay Area. The neighborhood was very walkable and we were able to walk to places to eat. An absolute favorite was Acme coffee every morning. Highly recommend this space. ”
