The lobby, the courtyard, the rooms- all embodied that quaint bed & breakfast vibe that Carmel by the Sea is known for. "The rooms are basic but clean. It’s a quirky hotel with friendly service and a nice rooftop bar and breakfast. Compared to other hotels in the area it was a bit cheaper but like anywhere in the US it was expensive for what it was."

"We had the most amazing views of the ocean from our balcony. The only downside was that they said online that rollaway beds were available, but didn't have any when we requested. Rest everything was great."

"10/10 property. The front desk agents were super accommodating. I had flowers ordered to the hotel and they set everything up perfectly. I proposed to my now fiance. It couldn’t have gone any better. Will definitely be coming back once a year. Absolute amazing experience!"
