Great view and very affordable, room was a bit dated. Carrying luggage up and down the cliff and dealing with parking was not ideal but worth it overall.

Totally unassuming nestled in the cliffs overlooking the pacific. Then you walk onto the resort and the views are amazing, the rooms are phenomenal and the onsite amenities like the pool, restaurant and especially the staff are amazing.

The staff was very helpful, but some were a bit distant. The room and property were great, but the parking was somewhat limited and the walk to parking could be somewhat challenging for older guests.

The website needs to be more specific on handicap accessibility. It really is not. Also, from the website. I thought it was on the same side as the ocean, not across the highway. Even with all that, the stay was fabulous. The desk clerk, Jessica, did all she could to find a room with the least number of steps for my wife. The valet, Sam, was excellent in bringing out baggage to the room.

Staff and service were impeccable! Don’t remember when hotel staff was so helpful and followed through on requests in recent years like this hotel. We had a balcony room with a view of the pacific coast. Watched a beautiful sunset from the privacy of our own room. Restaurant on-site was also a treat. Beautiful facility overlooking the ocean and great food. Will definitely stay at the hotel on any future trips to Carmel.
