Family stay

Everything was great. The pool was warm. Views are fantastic stretching out to the sea. The town has a good supermarket. Only went to one restaurant, Dell'Upo, but it was good so went back most nights. The hosts were helpful and informative. Planning a return.

Very nice house with peaceful surroundings

The house is very nice. There is lots of room and a nice yard. Good also with children. You can go for a walk in the forest straight from the garden. There is an entrance to the street where you find a cafe. The people of the village are very nice. The owners are very helpful and nice people. They helped us a lot during our stay. We were staying in the house with six children and we had plenty of room. The house is overall excellent.

Haus mit fantastischen Ausblick

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus in einem schönen kleinen Ort. Der Ausblick auf Massa und Prato ist entzückend. Toller Ort zum entspannen und als Startpunkt zum Erkunden der Toskana.

Traumhaft schön

Das Haus ist ein kleines Juwel in dem netten Bergdord Boccheggiano. Die Gastgeber waren super nett. Das Haus und die Anlage ist gepflegt. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick ist einfach gigantisch. Nur die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich. Nicht für sehr breite SUVs oder tiefergelegte PKWs! Ich würde jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Erholsame Ferien

Freundlicher Empfang der Gastgeber Lia & Marco. Charmante Villa mit toller Aussicht und gedecktem Schwimmbad. Drei sehr gute Restaurants, eine Bäckerei und ein Dorfladen sind zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist das Meer in 50 Minuten erreichbar. Das alles war ein Genuss und Erholung!

Wundervoll

Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick und noch schönere Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus und die Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Alles sehr organisiert. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wird jeden 2.-3. Tag vom Eigentümer überprüft und gereinigt. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Erwachsene im reifen Alter. Alle waren vom Haus, Garten, Ausstattung und vom Ort begeistert. Im Ort kann man fußläufig im kleinen Supermarkt alles fürs tägliche Leben besorgen. Ein Bäcker, eine kl. Restaurant, sowie eine Pizzeria sind vorhanden und gut. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben am Sonntag in der Nacht für uns den Notarzt gerufen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür! Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in tollem Haus

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Lia hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und wohnlich und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist wunderbar und das große Grundstück bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ruhe oder Aktivität wie Tischtennis und Schwimmen. Der überdachte Pool ist ebenfalls schön angelegt und wird immer sauber gehalten. Insgesamt ist die Villa Lia ein fantastischer Ort um in der Toskana einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren sieben Personen, drei Kinder, Eltern und Großeltern. Ideales Quartier mit dem Pool zu Beschäftigung der Kindern und auch zur eigenen Erfrischung. Gastgeber sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Lage in diesem heißen Juli ideal, meistens ein erfrischendes Windl und wesentlich kühler als im Tal. Sehr guter Bäcker 3 min. entfernt und gutes Alimentari 2 min. weiter mit eigener Metzgerei, also alles Wesentliche lies sich zu Fuß einkaufen. Einmal die Woche (Dienstag) kommt ein Obst- und Gemüsehändler mit seinem Stand ins Dorf. Kleines Spitzenrestaurant 2 min. entfernt. Das Haus angenehm kühl bei bis zu 37° Mittagstemperatur die wir hatten. Schöne Zimmer und viel Rückzugsplatz im Außenbereich, Parkplatz auf eigenem Grund. Netter lieber kleiner Ort auf dem Gipfel des kleinen Berges. Wenn wir gesund bleiben, kommen wir wieder.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Lia due settimane in due famiglie con adolescenti e bambini. La casa è immersa nel verde e gode di una vista panoramica fino al mare davvero bellissima. Il giardino è ampio e terrazzato, permette totale privacy anche tra gli ospiti. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort ed è in posizione centrale rispetto al Borgo che offre i servizi di base (panificio, piccolo supermercato con macelleria), è possibile essere autonomi senza spostarsi con la macchina. Sempre raggiungibili a piedi sono presenti tre locali per mangiare. La piscina coperta e riscaldata è stata una piacevole scoperta, abbiamo potuto fare il bagno ad ogni ora, senza il rischio di scottarsi di giorno o temere il freddo la sera. Davvero comodissima e ben attrezzata con doccia e bagno dedicati. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare a Villa Lia se si vuole trascorrere una vacanza di relax, immersi nella natura e nella tranquillità.

Traumhafter Urlaub in der Villa Lia

Wir hatten wundervolle und erholsame Tage in dem mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetem Haus .Der Garten und der Ausblick sind wunderschön und wir konnten uns nicht satt sehen an der Natur um uns herum. In dem kleinen Ort gibt es drei nette Restaurants die sehr zu empfehlen sind. Ein Bäcker und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sind auch in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön für diesen tollen Aufenthalt an unsere Gastgeber Lia und Marco .

Ruhige Lage mit tollem Fernblick

In Mitten der Ortschaft am Südhang gelegen ist die Haushälfte mit Stufenterassen und überdachtem Pool. Das Wohnhaus fängt mit dem Wohnraum an, dann die Stufen zur Küche mit Essraum und dann über ein paar Stufen zum ersten Bad mit zwei Schlafzimmern und nochmals zum nächsten Stock über eine steile Stiege zu weiteren zwei Schlafzimmern mit Bad. TV mit Sat und DE Sendern sowie volle Küchenausstattung. Zu Restaurants(2x) zu Fuß ca. 3-5Min, zum Bäcker ca. 2Min., ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Fleischer eher Vormittags geöffnet sind ca. 5 Min zu Fuß. Das Auto steht an einen verschlossenen Privatparkplatz. Nur die Zufahrt ist mit 2m Breite und Höhe begrenzt, lange Autos über 5m tun sich Schwer. Die Ortschaft liegt ca 600m über Meereshöhe und somit ca 5Grad Kühler als am Strand in Follonica (ca. 40Min.). Ruhig aber fern der Touristenzentren. Tankstelle ca. 3km Sauber mit typischen Charm aber mit eher festen Betten. Die Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer und Insel Elba in weiter Ferne. Weitere Ortschaften wie Masa Maritima mindestens. 15km entfernt. Ein Auto Pflicht.

Herrliche Lage am Hang - liebevoll renoviertes Objekt

Wunderschöne Lage am Hang mit großem terrassierten Garten und verschiedenen Sitzecken. Ausbruchssicher für Hunde. Sehr liebevoll renoviert und mit persönlicher Note geführt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Ende Oktober/ Anfang November tagsüber noch am Strand und abends Kaminfeuer, baden im eigenen Pool mit Beleuchtung. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man spürt, wieviel Herzblut in diesem Objekt steckt. Sehr ruhige Lage, herrliche Weitsicht, im kleinen Park richtig "verwunschen". Man kann gut Kultur und Baden sowie Wandern verbinden, auch wenn die Straßen ziemlich kurvig sind. Sehr gut gegessen im Restaurant im Ort. Alles in Allem: top! Die Vermieter haben das Häuschen super ausgestattet, auch bei voller Belegung ist genügend Geschirr da. Wir haben uns bestens erholt!

Wunderschönes Haus an Hanglage mit gedecktem Schwimmbad

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber gehalten und gepflegt. Das Dorf ist über sehr kurvenreiche Strassen zu erreichen. Das Meer ist in ca. 30-40 Min. erreichbar. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir haben die Aussicht und die verschiedenen Terrassen des Hauses sehr genossen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Wir (eine 5-köpfige Familie - Kinder im Alter von 4, 9 und 14 Jahren) verbrachten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa Lia. Die Highlights der Unterkunft sind die traumhafte Terrasse und der perfekt temperierte Pool. Im Haus mangelte es an nichts. Alle Utensilien waren vorhanden und haben gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist über mehrere Etagen angelegt und man hat neben dem Eingang über den Garten die Möglichkeit direkt noch oben ins Dorf zu gehen. Die Anlage der Villa ist der perfekte Kompromiss zwischen Ruhe mit traumhaftem Ausblick und Nähe zu Infrastruktur (Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt sind in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen). Das Haus ist sehr traditionell (im toskanischen Stil) erbaut und eingerichtet. Besonders die Holzbalken / Natursteindecke in der Küche ist sehr schön. Die extrem dicken Mauern des Hauses führen dazu, dass das Haus auch im Hochsommer nicht über 26 °C warm wird (ohne Klimaanlage). Zum Wetter ist noch zu sagen, dass die Temperaturen in Bocchegiano durch die Hügellage sehr angenehm sind. Wir hatten 25-30 Grad am Haus während es in Follonica (am Meer) 29-34 Grad waren. Ein weiteres Highlight für uns (als Tischtennisspieler) war die Tischtennisplatte. Sie ist sehr gut "in Schuss" und weitestgehend vor Sonne und Wind geschützt. Sogar eine Beleuchtung ist vorhanden. Marco und Lia haben uns super betreut und waren jederzeit für Fragen verfügbar. Es gab jedoch ein paar Dinge, die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben (allerdings ist das "Jammern auf hohem Niveau") - Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein, da kann es morgens und abends schon mal eng werden - Das Etagenbett ist schon etwas betagt und quietscht dermaßen, dass sich die 2 Kinder beim einsteigen oder bewegen gegenseitig aufwecken - Die (sehr hochwertigen) Moskitogitter an den Fenstern haben an manchen Fenstern Risse und sollten erneuert werden. Außerdem gibt es an der Haupteingangstür zur Terrasse kein Moskitonetz. Eine Anmerkung noch: Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist teilweise sehr steil. Je nach Bodenfreiheit (und vor allem Frontüberhang) kann es sein, dass man nicht bis aufs Grundstück fahren kann. Wir hatten einen Ford S-Max und damit ging es grad so. Alles in Allem war der Urlaub in der Villa Lia wunderschön. Diese Unterkunft ist definitiv sehr empfehlenswert und hat 4.5 Sterne verdient. Ich habe am Ende "nur" 4 Sterne vergeben, da das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis (wir haben 280 EUR pro Nacht gezahlt) nicht hervorragend ist, vor allem durch die kleinen Zimmer bedingt.

Erholung pur!

Alles Wesentliche ist ja bereits in den vorherigen Bewertungen dargestellt worden. Man kann nur unterstreichen, dass die Vermieter auch 2019 ein gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage anbieten, von wo aus man das Meer mit schönen Sandstränden innerhalb einer guten halben Stunde und alle interessanten Ziele in der Toskana innerhalb von maximal zwei Stunden erreichen kann. Obwohl Boccheggiano ein kleines Dorf ist, gibt es alles, was man braucht: Eine wirklich gute Bäckerei, ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft mit selbst hergestelltem Fleisch (der Inhaber ist Metzger), eine Pizzeria, ein Restaurant für etwas gehobenere Ansprüche mit relativ günstigen Preisen und eine Bar, in der man seinen Espresso oder Cappuccino genießen kann. Größere Lebensmitteleinkäufe erledigt man in Massa Marittima oder Follonica. Das einzig Bedauerliche ist, dass der Urlaub so schnell vorbei war! :)
