Great place to discover authentic Monteal

At 12 minutes of plateau Mont Royal, by bus 47 on Masson street, authentical town house in Vieux Rosemont. Masson street at 2 mn walk is pleasant with its stores and restaurants. The house is really pleasant with good firnitures, decoration and firm mattresses for my herniated disc!! Thank you to Karine for her good welcoming and all she provided in order to be comfortably installed during our stay. We highly recommend this venue!

L’appartement de Karine est spacieux, très bien équipé, d’une propreté irréprochable. Il est situé près de la Promenade Masson, très animée. À pied, on est proche d’autres quartiers intéressants. Merveilleuse semaine à Montréal

Le séjour a été parfait. L appartement très bien situé et extrêmement agréable. Son aménagement est très bien conçu avec goût. Nous avons pu disposer de tout ce qui nous était utile ,cuisine très bien aménagée, lave linge et sèche linge. Nous avons même eu des peignoirs et chaussons à disposition , petit + sympathique. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement.

Nous avons aimé l'appartement de Karine qui est une hôte accueillante , très attentionnée et à l'écoute de ses locataires . Pour exemple elle nous a fait livrer tabourets et canapé neufs pour notre confort. C'est exceptionnel. L'appartement est propre, très spacieux, bien situé proche d'une avenue commerçante et d'arrêts de bus ce qui est très pratique. Si disponible lors d'un prochain séjour nous relouerons chez Karine.

Not worth the rental fee

The house is far away from the metro station approx.30 min walking. It was 30 to 38 C and only one bedroom has air conditioning. The upstairs neighbor was stomping all day and all night when they walk, I didn’t appreciate the owner coming inside of the house when we weren’t there. Basement has a very musty smell. Other than that, close to stores and the kitchen is modern. If you have a car rental the parking is absolutely unbelievable. Some nights I had to park 5 blocks away.

Appartement et séjour très agréable

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner pour plusieurs mois dans ce logement du quartier de Rosemont qui nous a beaucoup séduit par son style typiquement Montréalais. L’appartement est spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien équipé, Tout y est de la cuisine à la salle de bain. Il y a un lave vaisselle ce qui fut très pratique pour du long terme et pour notre famille. La petite cour arrière a été grandement apprécié cet automne avec des soupers sur la table à pique nique ou de petits déjeuners au soleil avec en plus un BBQ au gaz pour nos grillades. Un réel plaisir! Par ailleurs l’appartement est très bien situé à proximité de la rue commerçante. Nous avions accès à tous les commerces du quartier à distance de marche ainsi qu’à une palette d’activés tel que piscine, restaurants, centre d’entrainement. et pistes cyclables. En plus le parc olympique n’est vraiment pas loin. Nous avons vécu une vraie immersion dans la vie Montréalaise. Dommage que notre séjour ai dû s’achever.

A beautiful property in a lovely location.

This was a beautiful and really well equipped property in an excellent location - close to the botanical gardens, and in an area of montreal which has lots of character, but the property itself is quiet and peaceful. We came with a two year old and an eighteen year old, and we all had a lovely time exploring montreal. The only downside was the distance from the metro, which was only an issue for us as the two year old had to be carried.
