This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. It is a duplex so there is a shared yard, back porch and patio.

There are two driveways, the main driveway for parking is in the back. The front driveway is the main parking for the other side of the house.
Guest access
The house has two owners closets that are off limits to guests and not part of the rented space. These two closets are labeled as off limits.
