What a find! ROK House is a beautiful and very clean, comfortable holiday home and a credit to the owner Margaret. We have visited Northumbria for many years now but this is the best house we have stayed in. On arrival we were blown away with how fabulous the house is from the well equipped kitchen, the comfy beds and the great showers we just couldn’t fault anything and will definitely come back. The great advantage is the parking at the back of the house a bit tight in places but we managed to park 2 cars. Amble has plenty of amenities and some lovely local shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the takeaway from the Italian restaurant across the road and had several visits to the ice cream parlour Spurellis. We enjoyed every minute in ROK house and didn’t want to leave thank you.

We stayed in Rok House for 3 nights in between Christmas and New Year. The house is lovely. Very comfortable and warm. The owner had a lovely big Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. The house had everything that you could want. Beds were comfy and parking out the back was a plus. Made unpacking and packing the car nice and easy. Handy location in both Amble and for the surrounding areas
