「It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities.」

「NO help from staff. Wasnt even given hand soap for bathroom, and was shrugged off when we asked for it. Students tend to work here, and they do not know what they're doing. Our room was infested with ants throughout the bedroom and bathroom, and staff acted burdened by contacting housekeeping. Housekeeping was great to remedy the problem, and she was very friendly. Additionally, you couldn't flush toilet paper. This isn't a huge issue as we've been to Greece, but this was not communicated...

「Our family enjoyed staying on this mountainside cabin overlooking Lake Lucerne. Beautiful boat trip from downtown Lucerne to experience city life and nice to come back and wind down in quiet mountainside just below the summit of Mount Rigi. Host was very hospitable with lots of tips and recommendations for the local area.」

「We didn't realize it was a school campus, but the students where all very friendly and helpful. It would of been nice to have a little more service, but all in all, it was close to the main attractions and I didn't mind the simplicity as much as my sister did. I saw the pictures first.」

「The hotel was super clean and safe. I travelled alone and I always felt comfortable. It is a bit of a trek to get to from Zurich airport if you have never been to the country before but it is easy to get to once you know how to take transport. The restaurant food was delicious. there are a few hiking trails in the area that are perfect to do if you don't want to travel too far on a certain day to get a gorgeous view」
