「Thin walls and circus elephants above me all weekend. For future reference- I suggest asking for a room on higher floors and NOT near any doors. Or elevator. The noise from the other guests and outside my door was so loud and disturbing. The people above me sounded like they were stomping around, dropping or falling… not sure, but I woke up every time they did… i learned an important lesson on this trip. Ask for a quiet room, away from doors, stairways, elevator. 」

「The hotel refused to let my 19 year old daughter check in because she wasn’t 21. The policy was written in the smallest font possible at the very bottom of the page. I had to pay for another hotel for my daughter because of this issue. They attempted to refuse refunding me because of their supposed policy that they put in the least obvious place possible. In the end they refunded my money because I refused to just let them steal from me. The staff was rude and not helpful at all.」

「Exterior door at the end of corridor was never locked. Breakfast bar was about the worst I ever saw. There were two uncomfortable straight back chairs in the room. Electrical outlets were at a minimum. The freezer in the refrigerator was completely clogged with frost. No anti slip in tub Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.」

「Hot coffee &lots of choices of baked goods for breakfast, plus yogurt &fruit. Eggs, meat, etc were all an extra charge. Room was downstairs… with a single window that looks out to the alley driveway. Very eclectic looking room. One step down to get into the room…. Not great for seniors.」

「The room was great. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great. I wish I had more time to use the fitness center because it was waaaaay better than one might find in other hotels. Of course, the hotel is in the heart of Boone.」

「i was disappointed in the breakfast. website said it was hot breakfast. only thing hot was scrambled eggs (no meat) & waffles that you cook yourself. also, the shower was fixed so that you could not cut the shower off to take a bath. Other than that, it was a good stay. 」
