「Very well maintained apartment with good fixtures and well sized rooms. Had everything we could have needed and also a nice gift on arrival which was well received and indicative of the efforts made to make sure our stay was comfortable. Owner also very approachable before we arrived answering questions and even offering to go over and above to help us out with a request over early parking on site. Would highly recommend.」

「One day before my family's planned arrival, I received a call from the operator's husband to say there was no hot water and he wanted to give me the opportunity to book an alternative stay. I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event. 「This property seems very good for short stays, its just around the railway station and close to an Aldi's. The only thing I didn't like is that they have a washer but not a dryer. Apart from that, we really liked our stay at the Grand Station!」

「From the moment we arrived until the second we left, we were in awe of just how beautiful Winnall Springs is. A place to breathe and experience such peace and tranquiity. The facilities within were outstanding. We had a great time exploring where all the doors led us to. My kids (2 teen boys and 9yr old daughter) loved the playroom, getting in was like being in Alice in Wonderland! Sitting in the hot tub in the evenings was delightful. We watched the wildlife and enjoyed the super warm weather....

「We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...
