「We were welcomed by staff upon arrival. Hotel is clean and located near shopping center. The room is clean with a large sitting area. The breakfast was very good, plentiful, and hot with no issues noted. Quiet with no wild parties. Check out was quick. Overall staff was very pleasant and helpful. This is our third time staying here and we will continue to stay here.」

「Property was clean and well lit. No additional charge for late check-in, we didn't arrive until after midnight. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was not what we expected but its more continental, they offered pancakes, cereal, breads and juices. I would stay here again. 」

「All the staff were exceptional and very helpful with our needs. The front desk staff were very nice. And your cookies were to die for. If we ever return to Memphis, we will surely stay there again.」

「Venlig atmosfære i reception og i morgenmadsrestaurant. En sød kvindevært spurgte til folks velbefindende, skema for folks dag eller hvordan de havde haft det siden i går. Morgenmaden var fremragende og lækker. Hver dag blev man spurgt, om man havde brug for service på værelset eller manglede noget - så undgik man, at de bare vaskede ens håndklæder , uden at det var nødvendigt ! Klimavenligt ! Her bor jeg gerne en anden gang !」

「Property needs updates. Escalator has not worked during multiple stays over the past year Convenient for stays to visit students at U of Memphis however not a first choice due to need for updates. 」

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...

「The craziest thing was I was there Easter weekend and when I checked in how come I got the same exact room from last time. And, everything still looked the same and worked the same. It was like that I have never left. Until this day I still cannot explained it.」

「Beside being a great stay; They had almond milk available for my son - who is allergic to dairy! 」

「Well the initial check in was okay and I did smell weed when we first stepped of the 3rd floor elevator, because dopeheads are everywhere, but it quickly faded to a new or newly remodeled fresh smell. Great room and great service.」
