"Centrally located, helpful check-in staff who spoke perfect English. Room was clean and bathroom well stocked. Can be a bit noisy as it is next to the Trainline but nothing earplugs can't deal with."
"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks.
Hotel facility was good especially for skiing.
