Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. 「The staff was welcoming like family we’ve never known. They knew our names from the beginning and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and welcome. The room was beautiful, charming and cozy. The beach wasn’t tons of chairs of packed tourists but a dozen of friendly tourists who would save chairs for each other or buy a Jamaican patty for another as one walked in. I would come again and again here!」
