「This place has character. The staff was excellent and accommodating, very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. 「The rooms are dated but clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was an issue in our room and they offered to transfer us to another room right away. We declined as we were already settled and the issue was not a big deal but we appreciate the initiative. Will book this place again if we ever are in the area. 」

「We were blown away by the view of Taal volcano and Lake Taal from our room, while dining on the restaurant’s patio, and while sitting by the pool. We enjoyed the spa for a massage and the sauna. Our stay was on a Mon/Tues and we almost had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tagaytay! 」
