「Unit was clean and set up in preparation for our visit. The hotel itself was appealing, the views were spectacular. The owner was prompt with her answers to questions. A very pleasant experience 」

「The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. 」

「The rooms are dated but clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was an issue in our room and they offered to transfer us to another room right away. We declined as we were already settled and the issue was not a big deal but we appreciate the initiative. Will book this place again if we ever are in the area. 」

「Great view of Taal lake. Kitchen is fully functional with kettle, microwave and fridge. also provided utensils , soap, towels etc , unlike most places i’ve stayed at recently. Wi-fi and TV are decent . Street noise and music can be heard - as is normal in many tourist spots. Security is very good.」

The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. 「Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back.」

「Reasonably priced and clean hotel. Convenient to go to a mall beside the hotel, where places to eat around the hotel can be found. Room is spacious; lobby is decent. Only feedback - hard to communicate with the hotel - sent emails to them since December 7, 2025 re: requests concerning reservation and no reply were received from them. Needed to call them to communicate. 」
