"At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. "While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. "We stayed at Casa de Herencia which was just behind the church. It was decent. Lots of bugs though on the ground floor but the sheets and beds were clean. You can't expect too much from an old house but they did their best to maintain it. The staff overall were very helpful and accommodating though the front desk girl was a bit annoying.
