不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
First off the non-refundable reservation disappeared. I had to try to find a phone number to get it straightened out. However the front desk people were extremely helpful and got it straightened out.
Second, the air conditioner was in the bathroom area and did not work well. The sheets though clean were scatchy, there was no water pressure the shower unless you turned it full hot, the "breakfast" was granola bars and apples, there was light showing between the door and outside, the door frame inside was coming off, of the two towels provided one was grey, they were very small, the bathmat was stained with something black.
This was an old super 8 property it was very run down.
