「Clean room: On our first day, we noticed that the bed sheets had specks of blood. Housekeeping had either forgotten to change the sheets or did not do so properly. We called the front desk to report this issue, as it was unacceptable. Housekeeping did change the sheets, but the front desk clerk never apologized or offered any compensation, such as a complimentary breakfast. They only changed the sheets without addressing our concerns further. Did not meant to rate the Breakfast, there was not...

「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「Had an amazing stay here for Coachella. Felt very lucky that we were able to check in a bit early, staff was very nice. The villa itself was VERY spacious with plenty of room for my group of 3. The bathroom was huge, there was plenty of space in the common areas, and the full kitchen was a huge plus. Perfect location. Relatively easy parking right outside the building. Would definitely stay here again!!」
